The Long Room is the main chamber in the Old Library, at nearly 65 metres in length, it is filled with 200,000 of the Library’s oldest books. The Book of Kells is one of the most famous manuscripts in history and this 680 page book was completed in 800AD. It is a must see for anyone visiting Dublin.
