    Check-in is officially from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. An early check-in can be arranged from 8am at an additional charge and depending on availability on the day.

    What time is check-out?

    Check-out is at 11.00am on the day of departure. A late check-out is available until 3.00pm at an additional charge and depending on availability on the day.

    Does the hotel offer baggage storage?

    Yes, you can leave your luggage with the reception until your room is ready or you are ready to depart.

    Does the hotel offer free WiFi?

    Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.

    Is there a laundry service available?

    Yes, we offer a laundry service in the hotel for an additional charge per item. A price list can be found in each room.

    What do I do if I accidentally left some items in the hotel?

    If you have left any items behind following your stay at the hotel, please contact us directly via email info.parnellsquare@maldronhotels.com and our team will be happy to organise collection or postage if the item is found.

    Are pets permitted in the hotel?

    No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Only guide dogs or therapy animals are permitted in the hotel.

    Yes, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

    What is the hotel’s smoking policy?

    All bedrooms at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square are completely non-smoking. We do have a designated outdoor smoking area at the front of the hotel to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.

    Yes, we do sell gift vouchers which can be redeemed on all of our facilities. You can purchase a gift voucher online directly on our website or at reception. Gift vouchers can be used in all Maldron Hotels, in our sister brand, Clayton Hotels and selected partner hotels.

    Do you provide printing facilities for boarding passes?

    Yes, we offer printing services for boarding passes. Simply speak to our reception team for assistance.

    Does the hotel offer currency exchange?

    No, we don’t offer currency exchange at the hotel, but we will be happy to direct you to the nearest facility.

    Do you supply travel adapters?

    Yes, travel adapters can be purchased in the hotel’s vending machine.

    Does the hotel offer spa or gym facilities on-site?

    No, we don’t have any spa or gym facilities on-site, but we’re happy to guide you to the nearest facility.

    Where exactly is the hotel located in Dublin city centre?

    Maldron Hotel Parnell Square is on Parnell Square West, Rotunda, Dublin 1, which is just a 3 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Street, providing a city-centre location for guests who are looking for stylish and comfortable accommodation with all that Dublin city has to offer at their doorstep.     How far is the hotel from Dublin Airport?

    We are a 25 to 35-minute drive from Dublin Airport.

    We would recommend using the Airlink Bus which runs every 15-20 minutes from and to Dublin Airport. You can buy the tickets with the driver and it’s €7pp one way and €12 return. Alternatively, you can pre-book your tickets online. The airport bus stops on O’Connell Street which is a 5-minute walk away from our hotel.

    How close are public transport links to the hotel?

    Maldron Hotel Parnell Square is located just a 3-minutes walk from O’Connell Street and is easily accessible from all the main transport routes. The Luas ‘Green Line’ Dominic Street stop is located 2 minutes from the hotel. The Luas ‘Red Line’ Abbey Street is located 10 minutes from the hotel. We are also just a 10-minute walk from Connelly Train Station.

    Are there any shopping areas nearby?

    Yes, Maldron Hotel Parnell Square is located close to Dublin’s main shopping areas and centres such as Ilac Shopping Centre, Jervis Shopping Centre, Temple Bar, O’Connell Street and Henry Street.

    Is there a car rental station near the hotel?

    Yes, Sixt car hire is a 10-minute walk from our hotel.

    Is parking available at the hotel?

    No, due to our city centre location, there is no onsite car parking available at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square. We recommend that guests park at nearby Park Rite Parnell Street Car Park. Validate your ticket at the hotel for a discounted rate of €10 for 24 hrs.

    Maldron Hotel Parnell Square boasts 182 comfortable and spacious hotel rooms. Depending on your needs, you can choose between 8 different room types, including Double, Twin, King, Double/Single, Triple, Junior Suite, Quad and Family rooms. There are also 14 interconnecting rooms and 1 balcony room available.

    Yes, we offer 12 family rooms with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed in each.

    Can I get a cot or camp bed in my room?

    Yes, it is possible to add a baby Cot/Crib free of charge or a camp bed in your room at an extra charge of €30 per night. We suggest requesting prior to arrival to avoid any disappointment.

    What type of room should I book for three adults?

    Our triple rooms have a double bed and a single bed or three single beds and are perfect for three adults.

    Are the hotel rooms air-conditioned?

    Yes, there’s complimentary aircon throughout the hotel.

    Do the bathrooms have a shower or a bath?

    Both showers and baths are available. Please advise your preference prior to your arrival.

    Does the hotel offer wake-up calls?

    Yes, wake-up calls can be arranged with our reception team.

    What amenities are included in the room?

    All hotel rooms come with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and en-suite bathroom. A minibar is available for an additional charge.

    All our rooms are disinfected by our expert staff and sealed prior to arrival to ensure the wellbeing of all our guests during these times. Our stress-free check-in service can be accessed by self-service upon arrival in line with social distancing guidelines.

    What dining options are available at the hotel?

    At the newly renovated Maldron Hotel Parnell Square you will be spoilt for choice in our brand-new Grain & Grill bar and restaurant and our brand-new Red Bean Roastery Coffee Dock. All our food and beverage options may be ordered and enjoyed from the comfort of our guestrooms to ensure minimum social contact.

    Does the hotel offer breakfast?

    Yes, we are renowned for a great selection of breakfast options available each morning. Choose from a full Irish breakfast as well as healthier options to kickstart your morning. Breakfast is served in our Grain & Grill restaurant from 7am to 10am Monday to Friday and from 8am to 11am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays.

    Maldron Hotel Parnell Square offers both room only and bed & breakfast rates. Room-only rates do not include breakfast. However, you can always add breakfast when you arrive at the hotel.

    What are the opening times of the Grain & Grill?

    Lunch is served at our Grain & Grill restaurant daily from 12pm to 5pm and dinner daily from 5pm to 9pm.

    Does the restaurant cater food for allergies?

    Yes, all of our menus have a full allergy listing. Please inform your waiter if you have any allergies, vegetarian or dietary requirements and our kitchen team will be delighted to assist.

    Does Gain & Grill offer a dedicated kid’s menu?

    Yes, we offer a children’s menu for our little guests.

    Do you offer room service?

    Yes, room service is available daily from 3pm to 9pm for €5 tray charge. You can order from our Click & Go menu, available through our Guest Service Platform, and collect your food at the collection point in our restaurant.

    Is there a reservation for dinner required?

    What payment methods does the hotel accept?

    At Maldron Hotel Parnell Square, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and cash.

    What is the hotel’s credit/debit card policy?

    A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings made online or over the phone, unless in cases where this is otherwise stated. Please note nothing is charged to the card at booking stage when booking directly with the hotel (with the exception of advance purchase offers or bookings that require a deposit. This will be clearly noted on the booking offer).

    For all rooms that are being paid for in cash must be accompanied with photographic ID. No rooms will be let unless payment is guaranteed.

    What age are children for the purpose of hotel packages?

    Under 12’s are considered to be children.

    Yes, you can. However, pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment at arrival as we may not have rooms available depending on the time of the year.

    Yes, depending on availability, we’ll be happy to accommodate you for further nights at an additional cost.

    How can I amend or cancel my booking?

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Maldron Hotel Parnell Square offers a free cancellation 24 hours prior to the day of arrival unless advance purchase was selected. Please note that some special offers and key dates outlined in the terms and conditions may specify a special cancellation policy applicable to that offer and date.

    What does our “no show” policy entail?

    If you do not show up on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay. If you have booked our “advanced purchase” or “prepay and save” rates, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay.

    Do you have corporate rates available?

    How can I cancel my reservation if I booked via a third-party website?

    If you booked via a third-party website, you’ll need to cancel your booking directly with them as we can’t do that on your behalf. Please note that they have their own cancellation policies.
